Human Design je kot poseben zemljevid, ki nam pokaže, kako smo unikatni in nam pomaga razumeti najboljšo pot do uspeha in zadovoljstva ali pomirjenosti s samim seboj.

 

Bistvo Human Designa je, da prepoznamo, kaj smo dobili od zunaj; skozi vzgojo, skozi okolje, v katerem smo (bili), preko ljudi, s katerimi smo, katere srečujemo, preko pričakovanj, hrane itd. Da prepoznamo vse, kar nam je določalo pogoje (nas pogojevalo) in uglasimo telo v skladu s tem, kar je pravilno za nas; in smo končno, to kar smo. 

 

Naša strategija in avtoriteta sta recept, ki nam pomaga, da se spomnimo, kako se v telesu čuti, ko je nekaj pravilno za nas – ali ne.
